           THE SSDs             

SSDs are data storage devices that use NAND-based flash memory to permanently store data. Traditional hard disc drives (HDDs), which use spinning discs to read and write data, are slower, less dependable, and less enduring than SSDs, which have no moving parts. This makes them a desirable alternative for use as the primary storage device in both consumer and enterprise-level computing systems, as well as in applications that demand quick data access and low latency.
A variety of form sizes are available for SSDs, including 2.5-inch drives for laptops and smaller mSATA and M.2 drives for ultrabooks and high-end desktops. Additionally, they come in a variety of capacities, with larger drives giving more storage and smaller drives being more portable.
